An aspect of garden can be viewed from most rooms in this beautiful, newly renovated Victorian terrace. We created a welcoming front garden and side entrance, a relaxing upstairs terrace garden and a back garden perfect for spending time, entertaining or to enjoy gardening.
We used a planting palette with layered textures and a few bursts of colour throughout.

“MOVING FORCES – The Great Pollinators”‘
With the given theme of ‘Pollinators & Pollination’, this garden examined the relationship between stillness and movement.
This concept can be used to consider the moving forces that are necessary for pollination.
MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL FLOWER & GARDEN SHOW 2023 – Entertainment Stage Garden 1
‘Sound of Colour’ features a vibrant backdrop of colours moving through the rainbow, with colour-matched plants below.
The colours then spill around the beautifully lit entertainment stage featuring natural stone, and mix together to showcase an exciting range of multi-coloured plants.
A bright, playful bench provides seating for the musicians who will be performing during the entirety of the Show.
‘Sound of Colour’ celebrates the joy and energy that colour (and music!) can bring.
MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL FLOWER & GARDEN SHOW 2023 – Entertainment Stage Garden 2
‘Colour Muse’ was of the two dedicated entertainment stage gardens which hosted musicians playing live music throughout the five days of the 2023 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show.
‘Colour Muse’ was a stage from which performances were enjoyed from all directions. Lined with textured planting, a stage is circled by a rainbow of colour where the planting was mirrored around both sides of the stage and framed by a black steel pergola. Atmospheric lighting highlights the stage where musicians were enveloped by soft grasses and plants below, and hanging plants and lights from above.
‘Colour Muse’ celebrates the use of colour and texture to create a unique atmosphere befitting of the energy that music brings.
