Calling All Designers: Entries Now Open For 2025’s Border Gardens

We’re thrilled to announce entries are now open for the Border Garden planting design competition at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show (MIFGS) 2025.

This competition is a unique opportunity for garden design enthusiasts and horticulture professionals to showcase their creativity and expertise within a small garden space. With 16 available spots, participants will have a chance to design a raised border garden (2.4m x 2.4m), where they’ll create a planting scheme that demonstrates innovative plant arrangement and design for small-space gardens.
